Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and soy sauce for the spicy mayo dip.
