Step-by-Step Instructions for Louisiana Voodoo Fries
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Spread frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking tray or air fryer basket. Cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in 1 cup of milk and cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.
