- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and grease your baking dish.
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add ground beef and Italian sausage; cook until browned. Stir in tomatoes and herbs, simmer for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, and salt until creamy. Set aside while preparing the layers.
- In your baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat the layers, ending with meat sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.
