Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded cooked chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine your cooked pasta, marinara sauce, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Fold the sautéed chicken into the pasta mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the casserole.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
