  • 0.25 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Sliced, oil-packed versions add extra moisture.
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese Crumble for creamy tanginess; goat cheese is an alternative.
  • handful Fresh Basil Leaves Sliced; dried basil can also be used.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with the rack in the bottom slot and grease the pizza pan.
  2. Press the pizza dough into the greased pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  3. Spread pesto evenly on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle ¾ of the shredded cheese evenly over the pesto layer.
  5. Layer on red onion, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Add remaining cheese and crumble feta on top for an enticing finish.
  7. Bake on the lowest rack for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool, slice, and serve hot garnished with fresh basil leaves.
