Preparation
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.

- Thinly slice your beef against the grain and place it in the marinade.

Cooking
- Remove the beef from the marinade and let any excess liquid drip off.
- Heat a little oil in your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the beef and add sliced onion and carrots to the skillet.
- Sauté until slightly tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Cook together for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
