Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the steaks dry, season with salt and pepper, and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat skillet, add olive oil, sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, baste with butter.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, scrape the pan, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, simmer, thicken, and add spinach and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Slice steak against the grain, serve with sauce over the top.
