Red Layer
  • 16 ounces Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 bananas Frozen banana
White Layer
  • 1 can Coconut Cream 13.5 ounces, unsweetened
Blue Layer
  • 1 teaspoon Blue Spirulina heaping

Method
 

Prepare the Layers
  1. Blend 16 ounces of strawberries with half a frozen banana and one-third of a can of coconut cream on medium until smooth and vibrant, about 30 seconds. Pour into glasses, filling them about one-third full.
  2. Clean the blender, add the remaining coconut cream with the other half of the frozen banana. Blend on high until smooth, about 15 seconds. Gently pour over the red layer.
  3. In the cleaned blender, combine the remaining white mixture with one heaping teaspoon of blue spirulina. Blend until uniform blue, about 15 seconds. Spoon over the white layer in glasses.
  4. Add a colorful straw to each glass and serve immediately for the best visual presentation and flavor.
