Step-by-Step Instructions for Perfect BBQ Tofu
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour before cooking to prevent burning.
  2. Press your extra firm tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  3. Cut the pressed tofu into uniform squares and thread onto the soaked skewers.
  4. Mix oil with spices, then brush the mixture onto all sides of the assembled tofu skewers.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook the skewers for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
