Preparation

Sauce

  2. Set sauce aside after ensuring sugar is dissolved.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Sear the beef strips in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Pour sauce over beef and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  4. Stir in sesame oil and chopped green onions in the last minute.
