- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each cod fillet evenly.
- Bake the cod for 15–20 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork and the topping turns golden brown.
