Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Rhubarb Blueberry Smoothie
  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh diced rhubarb, frozen blueberries, chia seeds (if using), maple syrup, and plant milk.
  2. In your blender, combine the diced rhubarb, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Pour in about cup of plant milk to start and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. After blending, if you prefer a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again. If it’s too thick, add more plant milk.
  4. Taste your smoothie. If it needs sweetness, drizzle in more maple syrup and blend briefly.
  5. Pour the smoothie into your glass, garnish with blueberries or chia seeds, and serve immediately.
