Preparation Steps
  1. Start by filling a large beverage glass halfway with fresh ice cubes.

  3. Gently add 1 to 1.5 ounces of lemon-lime soda.
  4. Slowly drizzle in a splash of grenadine along the inside edge of the glass.

  6. Skewer two or three maraschino cherries on a toothpick and place them in the drink.
