  • 50 ml Ms Sans Juniper Berry Blush Acts as a gin substitute, feel free to use any favorite non-alcoholic spirit.
  • 200 ml Cold Lemonade Can be swapped with lemon-lime soda or sparkling lemonade.
  • 1 pieces Fresh Lime Using freshly squeezed lime juice enhances the flavor.
  • Ice Essential for a refreshing chill.
For Garnishing
  • 1 pieces Lime Wheel Adds a beautiful touch of color.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Wash about 10 ripe strawberries thoroughly and remove the green tops. Place them in a blender, and blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and puree-like.
  2. Pour the blended strawberries through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher to extract juice, leaving behind the pulp.
  3. In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in the freshly strained strawberry juice along with 50ml of Ms Sans Juniper Berry Blush. Stir gently with a spoon for about 15 seconds.
  4. Cut a fresh lime in half and squeeze one half into the glass over the mixture. Add around 15ml of fresh lime juice and stir again.
  5. Pour in 200ml of cold lemonade, followed by 100ml of sparkling water. Gently stir again to combine all the flavors.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.

Notes
