Steps
- Wash about 10 ripe strawberries thoroughly and remove the green tops. Place them in a blender, and blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and puree-like.
- Pour the blended strawberries through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher to extract juice, leaving behind the pulp.
- In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in the freshly strained strawberry juice along with 50ml of Ms Sans Juniper Berry Blush. Stir gently with a spoon for about 15 seconds.
- Cut a fresh lime in half and squeeze one half into the glass over the mixture. Add around 15ml of fresh lime juice and stir again.
- Pour in 200ml of cold lemonade, followed by 100ml of sparkling water. Gently stir again to combine all the flavors.
- Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.

Consider making your strawberry puree in advance. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
