  • 1 can Pineapple Slices for moisture and sweetness
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice or substitute with orange juice
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar can be substituted with honey or maple syrup

Method
 

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove packaging from the ham and place it in a casserole dish, fat side up.
  3. Insert pineapple slices between the layers of ham and pour pineapple juice over it.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar over the ham and pineapple slices.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for about 1.5 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
  7. Uncover and optionally brush with a mixture of glaze packet and additional pineapple juice for the last 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
