- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove packaging from the ham and place it in a casserole dish, fat side up.
- Insert pineapple slices between the layers of ham and pour pineapple juice over it.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the ham and pineapple slices.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 1.5 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
- Uncover and optionally brush with a mixture of glaze packet and additional pineapple juice for the last 15-20 minutes.
- Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
