Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the sausage, potatoes, and onion. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it into an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are tender and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
