Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in diced onion and grated carrot, cooking for an additional 5–7 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Mix in sliced cabbage, ground ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
