  3. Combine sliced zucchinis and diced bell peppers in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread half of the seasoned vegetable mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Layer browned chicken over the vegetables, then spoon marinara sauce over the chicken.
  6. Top with the remaining vegetable mixture, pressing down gently.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
