Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Lay out the flour tortillas. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add the rolled tortillas and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side until equally golden.
  4. Remove from skillet, take out toothpicks, and drizzle warm queso over before serving to impress your guests.
