  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour Use cornstarch for gluten-free.
  • 1 teaspoon Pinch of Sugar Adjust based on acidity preference.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Pound the beef slices to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/8-inch.
  3. Combine minced garlic, chopped Italian parsley, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the filling.
  4. Lay prosciutto over each beef slice, add filling, roll tightly, and secure ends.
  5. Brown the beef rolls in hot olive oil for about 6-8 minutes.
  6. Deglaze the pot with red wine, then add broth, crushed tomatoes, and seasoning.
  7. Cover and bake in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  8. Remove beef rolls and thicken the sauce with a flour slurry.
  9. Serve the Beef Braciole with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
