- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Pound the beef slices to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/8-inch.
- Combine minced garlic, chopped Italian parsley, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the filling.
- Lay prosciutto over each beef slice, add filling, roll tightly, and secure ends.
- Brown the beef rolls in hot olive oil for about 6-8 minutes.
- Deglaze the pot with red wine, then add broth, crushed tomatoes, and seasoning.
- Cover and bake in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove beef rolls and thicken the sauce with a flour slurry.
- Serve the Beef Braciole with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
