Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Avocado oil can be substituted.
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free options.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh juice is preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Can be omitted if necessary.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for even distribution.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Cayenne pepper can be substituted for heat.
  • to taste Black Pepper
Kabobs
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak Cut into 1½-inch cubes.
  • 1 pound Large Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (Red & Yellow) Cut into 1½-inch pieces.
  • 1 each Red Onion Can swap with shallots or white onion.
  • 1 each Zucchini Cut into thick rounds.
  • as needed Skewers Metal or soaked wooden skewers work.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until smooth and set aside.
  2. Marinate the steak in half of the marinade in a resealable bag for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Marinate the shrimp in the remaining marinade for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  5. Assemble the kabobs with steak, shrimp, and vegetables on skewers.
  6. Grill your kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
  7. Once done, let the kabobs rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
