Method
 

Beef Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin and green onions to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Cooking the Beef
