- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
- In a food processor, blend yellow onion and garlic until coarse. Add parsley and pulse until paste-like.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, and onion mixture with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Divide mixture into 8 portions, shape each into kebabs, and insert skewers if using.
- Choose cooking method: Air Fryer (375°F for 8–10 mins), Oven (Bake for 15–20 mins), Skillet (Cook for 8–10 mins).
- While kebabs cook, whisk tahini, lemon juice, and water until smooth. Adjust consistency to preference.
