Cooking Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1 diced onion to the hot oil, sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Incorporate 1 pound of ground beef and 3 cloves of minced garlic, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Toss in 1-2 sliced bell peppers and 1 cup of broccoli florets; cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of water in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
- Finish with sesame oil, serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with green onions.
