Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss together the cheese tortellini, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes, mixing well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet pan and roast for 18-22 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the roasted mixture and return to the oven for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Top with fresh basil or parsley and optionally drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
