  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts pre-shredded can save time

  • ¼ cup Slivered Almonds can substitute with walnuts
For the Dressing and Croutons
  • ½ cup Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread gluten-free option available
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or avocado oil for a twist
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder to taste
For the Blackened Salmon Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder adds a spicy kick
  • 1 tbsp Paprika for sweetness
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic for intensity
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper optional for heat

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper freshly cracked preferred

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts by finely chopping if not pre-shredded and set aside.
  2. Season the Salmon by cutting it into bite-sized nuggets and tossing with seasoning mix.
  3. Prep the Salad Base by adding kale, slivered almonds, and Parmesan cheese to a bowl and tossing.
  4. Make the Croutons by dicing sourdough, mixing with olive oil, and seasoning, then air fry until golden.
  5. Cook the Salmon Nuggets in a hot skillet, about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
  6. Dress the Greens by drizzling the salad with dressing and massaging the greens until evenly coated.
  7. Assemble the Salad by plating greens, topping with croutons and salmon, and adding extra Parmesan for garnish.
