  • 4 medium Red Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese shredded
  • 4 cups Lettuce or Mixed Greens
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
For the Special Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning to taste
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • 1 cup Extra Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss the diced red potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in the air fryer basket and air fry for 16-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. In a skillet over medium-low heat, add olive oil and then the onions. Sauté for 10-15 minutes until caramelized. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, increase heat to medium-high. Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  5. Layer the Smash Burger Bowl starting with potatoes, then ground beef, caramelized onions, cheese, special sauce, and greens. Add optional toppings if desired.
