Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Rims by pouring 1/4 cup of chocolate sauce into a shallow bowl and dipping the rims of two tall glasses upside-down into the sauce. Set aside to allow the chocolate to slightly harden.
- In a blender, combine 2 cups of chocolate ice cream, 1 cup of freshly brewed hot coffee, 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce, and 1/4 cup of marshmallow creme. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Carefully pour the blended milkshake into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Sprinkle the tops of the milkshakes with crushed graham crackers and add 3 large marshmallows on each shake. Optionally, toast the marshmallows for extra flavor.
- Serve the S’mores Coffee Milkshake immediately to enjoy its freshness and chill.
