  4. Combine Spaghetti and Garlic: Add drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing in garlic oil and incorporating reserved pasta water for a silky sauce.
  5. Finish the Spaghetti Dish: Stir in chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
