Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves to the hot olive oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in 10 ounces of washed fresh spinach and cook for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. Add 1 can of rinsed and drained white beans, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
