Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add neutral oil until it shimmers.
  2. Carefully add ground turkey to the skillet. Sauté for 6-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over the turkey, stir to blend, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in most of the green onions, reserving some for garnish.
  7. Serve over steamed rice, noodles, or in lettuce cups, garnished with reserved green onions.
