Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup brown sugar until fully dissolved. Stir in minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and ground black pepper.
  2. Pour marinade over pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Seal and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight if possible.
  3. Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator and preheat your grill to medium heat (375-400°F). Clean and oil the grill grates.
  4. Take pork chops out of the marinade and discard the used marinade. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  5. In the last 2-3 minutes of grilling, baste the chops with the reserved marinade. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, then let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
