  • 1/2 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup coconut water can substitute with almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds for fiber and omega-3s
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds for added texture

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
  2. Peel and chop the mango and pineapple into small chunks.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the spinach, mango, and pineapple.
  4. Squeeze in the lime juice and add the coconut water.
  5. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Check the texture and adjust by adding more coconut water if too thick.
  7. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime or chia seeds if desired.
