- In a shaker or mixing glass, add the vibrant kiwi purée, sweet pineapple juice, creamy melon cream, and fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and frothy.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Gently pour soda water over the mixture, filling the glass to your desired fizz level.
- Garnish with a slice of kiwi or a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.
