Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Let the sweet potatoes cool for 10-15 minutes, then slice each potato lengthwise and scoop out the flesh.
  3. In a bowl, combine sweet potato flesh with butter, brown sugar, and spices. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon the filling back into the sweet potato skins. Overstuff if desired.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the filled potatoes for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
