Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil and roast in the air fryer for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Squeeze the softened garlic cloves into a bowl, add butter, Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Cut the loaf of bread in half and spread the garlic butter on each cut side. Top with shredded mozzarella.
- Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
