Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Add the boneless, skinless chicken breasts, ensuring they're thoroughly coated in the marinade.
- Cover the marinating chicken with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the chicken tenders to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C). If grilling, lightly oil the grill grates.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Grill the chicken tenders for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- After cooking, transfer the chicken tenders to a plate and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
