  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine diced jalapeños, sugar, and water. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes until dissolved and infused. Strain to remove jalapeño pieces.
  2. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your margarita glass, then dip the rim into salt or Tajin for an even coating.
  3. In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, combine 2 oz of jalapeño syrup, 1 oz lime juice, and 1 oz orange juice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
